How to Use the Sheets
A practical guide for families and teachers.
The Format
Every sheet follows the same structure:
- Scenario — a real-life situation to draw the kinderlach in.
- Speech-bubble sources — the gemara, rishonim, and poskim brought to life.
- Fold-line — fold here so the kids don't see the answers yet.
- Kinderlach Q&A — questions for the kids based on what they just learned.
Suggested Order of Learning
[Placeholder — recommended sequence across topics for someone starting from scratch will go here.]
Tips for Parents
- Learn it through yourself first, before sitting down with the kinderlach.
- Let the scenario do the work — start with "imagine this happened to us."
- Don't rush the speech bubbles. Read them out loud.
Tips for Classroom Use
- Print double-sided and fold along the dashed line.
- Have chavrusas read the speech bubbles to each other.
- Use the kinderlach Q&A as an exit ticket.
